Consequently, entrusting the performance of services to a professional cleaning company excludes this liability.<\/p>\n\n<p><div>&#13;\n<p><i><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cThis ruling represents a significant step toward clarifying the limits of building owners\u2019 liability.
