SRC Law Firm represented a foreign investor, owner of, among others, several office buildings in Poland in a case regarding claims brought by the general contractor and subcontractors of fit-out works on office space with a total value of PLN 40 million. <\/p>\n\n
As a result of many weeks of work and enormous commitment of SRC team, our Client concluded a set of settlements with the general contractor of works on office space and as many as 14 subcontractors, for one of the largest fit-out projects in Poland. <\/p>\n\n
In addition to reconciling the interests of the investor, the general contractor and the subcontractors, the firm’s lawyers also had to take into account the requirements of the bank financing the works and the position of the very important tenant for whom the works were carried out.<\/p>\n\n
The case was handled on behalf of SRC Law Firm by attorneys Monika Urba\u0144ska and Krzysztof Miko\u0142ajczyk.<\/p>\n\n
