This year’s successes of SRC lawyers, including transactions in the agricultural and forestry property markets as well as property for construction of photovoltaic farms, resulted in the firm’s fourth nomination for the Eurobuild Awards in the “Law Firm of the Year” category.
The decision on the nomination also took into account successfully completed projects of sales of land for the construction of logistics centers, as well as numerous victories in litigation against tax authorities in difficult real estate tax cases. Also appreciated was the commitment of the firm’s lawyers to the ongoing support of clients in terms of construction contracts and leases in shopping centers and office buildings.

This is the thirteenth edition of the Eurobuild Awards. According to the organizers, aim of the competition is to give due recognition to the most outstanding players and projects in the sector, with the long-term goal of helping to establish a real estate elite that will have a real impact on the shape of the investment market in the CEE region, as well as supporting the establishment of the rules and directions that this market will follow into the future.
