As of 1 October 2017, the Act of 16 November 2016 on Amendments to the Act on Old-age and Disability Pensions from the Social Insurance Fund and to Certain Other Acts entered into force.
The Act restores the minimum age entitling to the old-age pension (retirement age) of 60 years for women, and 65 years for men.
