The organizers of the competition recognized the firm’s long-standing support to landlords and tenants, resulting in advising on the lease of nearly 1.5 million square meters of commercial space, including one of the largest office lease transactions in Poland in 2022, involving nearly 14,000 square meters of space at Konstruktorska Business Center in Warsaw, for tenant Lionbridge.
The firm’s track record in transactions involving the acquisition of hundreds of hectares of agricultural land and land for the construction of photovoltaic farms for foreign investors, as well as in the sale of property for logistics parks and involvement in construction processes, including legal advice on the construction of Ulrich Gardens in Warsaw’s Wola Park shopping center, was also recognized.
