We are pleased to announce that our client, Stoneweg, has successfully finalized an over 17,000 m² lease agreement extension with Motorola Solutions Systems in three Green Office complex buildings in Kraków. At the time of its signing, the deal is the largest lease transaction in the Polish office market in 2025.
In this transaction, SRC Law Firm prepared all the documentation and supported the client in negotiations with the tenant, balancing the interests of both parties.
