SRC Law Firm advised Golden Star Estate, as landlord, on several leases, covering over 1,600 square metres in the DOT Park complex in Krakow and almost 1,100 square metres in the Oxygen Park complex in Warsaw, to entities such as Webcon, Toshiba and LSI Software.
