SRC Law Firm advised a US investment fund in the process of liquidating an old industrial park located near Warsaw.
The industrial park was purchased by the client in 2021, with more than 200 tenants operating on the site.
SRC Law Firm assisted the new owner in the effective termination of all leases for premises within the park, as well as in the process of debt collection and vacating the premises.
Support for the client also included the preparation of a template lease agreement for the commercialization of the future state-of-the-art industrial park, which will be built on the site of the currently demolished buildings.
