We are proud to announce that SRC Law Firm advised on the record-breaking office lease transaction in 2025 – the extension of the lease between Golden Star Estate and Shell Business Operations at the DOT Park office complex in Krakow.
As a result of the deal, the tenant will remain at DOT Park for the following years, occupying a total of more than 22,000 sqm of office space.
Attorney Marcin Rogala acted on behalf of SRC Law Firm, providing Golden Star Estate with comprehensive legal advice in negotiating the terms of the agreement.
