SRC Law Firm advised Danish photovoltaic farm owner Nordic Solar A/S on a financing and refinancing transactions for the construction of 39 photovoltaic farms, located in northwestern and central Poland, with a total capacity of approximately 37 MW. Earlier, SRC Law Firm also advised on acquiring the farms.
This is not the first time SRC has advised Nordic Solar A/S in obtaining financing. Since 2020 alone, SRC has assisted Nordic Solar A/S with credit agreements for 54 photovoltaic farms.
Nordic Solar A/S is a developer of PV farms in Denmark, the UK, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal, among others. As of the end of 2021, the company has developed 326 GW of PV farms.
