SRC Law Firm represented one of Central Europe’s largest oilseed processors and producers of vegetable fats before the Provincial Administrative Court.
The case concerned a tax interpretation unfavorable to the client on property taxation of rail infrastructure.
As a result of a complaint filed by SRC, the Provincial Administrative Court issued a ruling favorable to our client, which breaks the previous line of jurisprudence on the interpretation of the term “provision of railroad infrastructure,” expanding the possibility of benefiting from property tax exemption.
