We are delighted to announce that SRC Law Firm has once again been nominated for the EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards and Eurobuild Awards in the “Law Firm of the Year” category.
The organizers of the competitions recognized our firm’s numerous successes over the past year in the area of commercial lease transactions, including legal services for two of the three largest lease transactions on the Polish office market in 2025, i.e.:
– advising Golden Star Estate on the lease of 22,800 m² to Shell in the DOT Park complex in Krakow and
– advising Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust on the lease of 17,000 m² to Motorola in the Green Office complex in Krakow.
The firm’s achievements in transactions involving the purchase and sale of land for logistics centers and photovoltaic farms, in M&A transactions on the real estate market, as well as its successes in precedent-setting real estate tax cases before the Supreme Administrative Court were also recognized.
