Since the very beginning of our activity, the Law Office has been seated in Warsaw, at 28, Emilii Plater Street, in the building of the Warsaw Corporate Center.

Monika Smolarek
Specialization: civil and commercial law, restructuring and real estate law.
Advises companies with foreign capital investing in Poland, supervises and prepares due diligence reports, provides legal assistance in transactions of purchase/sale of business entities and real estate, mergers and restructuring of business entities.
Author of publications in International Financial Law Review, M&A Yearbook, Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
Partner in the Firm since 2005.
She has also gained professional experience at Wierzbowski Eversheds as a legal adviser, among others as Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Team (1998-2005), at KPMG as a legal adviser, among others as National Director of Legal Services (1993-1998), and at the Head Office of Foreign Trade of Inter-Vis Ltd as an in-house lawyer (1989-1993).
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and postgraduate studies “Legal Basis of the Investment Process in Poland” at the Warsaw School of Economics. Holder of the Council of Europe Scholarship at the Faculty of Law, University of Birmingham, in the field of studies on the European Convention on Human Rights.

Marcin Rogala
Specialization: civil and commercial law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions.
Advises on the establishment of companies, acquisitions of shares, real estate, enterprises and mergers of business entities.
Author of publications in International Financial Law Review, Palestra, Corporate Law and Rzeczpospolita.
Recognized in the IFLR1000 ranking.

He has also gained professional experience, among others, at Wierzbowski Eversheds as an attorney at law, member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Team (2000-2005), in Deloitte & Touche in the Legal Department as a lawyer (1999) and in Pawlak & Kiełczewski law firm as a lawyer (1998-1999).
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies “Legal Basis of the Investment Process in Poland” at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Łukasz Caban
Specialization: real estate law, litigation, civil and commercial law, medical law
Represents clients in numerous court and administrative proceedings, including those concerning real estate. Has participated in numerous complex disputes before the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. He has conducted numerous court disputes with entities from the medical industry and the National Health Fund.
He has represented clients in precedent-setting cases resulting in positive rulings issued by the Supreme Court.
Co-author of a commentary to the Act on Medical and Dental Profession and a guide on pursuing claims in Poland. Has been cooperating with entities from the medical industry for many years.
An expert conducting trainings on theoretical and practical aspects of lease agreements in shopping centres and warehouses.

Alicja Popłonkowska-Dębińska
Specialisation: litigation, corporate services for business entities, tax, administrative and labour law proceedings.
Experienced attorney with numerous successes in civil, administrative, tax, energy, and labor law proceedings, including many difficult cases that ended with precedent-setting judgments of the Supreme Administrative Court favorable to clients.

Wojciech Majdiuk
Specialization: real estate law, administrative law related to construction process and M&A transactions, corporate services for business entities
In the SRC team since 2006.
He developed his professional experience in local administration bodies, dealing with such issues as real estate management and public procurements (2003-2006).
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia.

Krzysztof Mikołajczyk
Specialization: business law, real estate law, personal data and intellectual property protection, compliance.
Advises on issues related to personal data protection and privacy, information and communication technologies, intellectual property, and consumer protection law.
In the SRC team since 2014.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He gained professional experience in the Warsaw office of the international law firm Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland (2012-2014) and as an in-house lawyer for companies of a leading Polish media and telecommunications group (2011-2012).

Maciej Turczyński
Specialization: real estate law, business law
Specializes in issues related to commercial real estate, including transactions and management of such properties, lease of retail, office and warehouse space; construction process, including construction contracts, design and supervision and issues related to hotel business.
He advises international real estate investment funds, lessees of commercial space, as well as foreign hotel and restaurant chains.
In the SRC team since 2018.
He previously gained professional experience at SRC law firm from 2009 to 2014.
Between 2014 and 2018, he advised entities in the real estate, advertising and marketing industry and headed the Legal & Compliance department of Burger King Poland S.A.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in “Diagnosis and Assessment of the Financial Situation of Enterprises” at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Monika Urbańska
Specialization: M&A transactions, litigation, contracts in business and construction process, corporate services for business entities, intellectual property law.
Co-author of the commentary to the Medical and Dental Profession Act and the guide to pursuing claims in Poland.
In the SRC team since 2006.
She gained her professional experience in Tomczak and Partners law firm (2005-2006). During her studies she did an internship in the notary office of Jolanta Teresa Demczyszyn in Sochaczew, she was also a volunteer of the Akademia Iuris Foundation providing pro bono legal advice.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in “Managing Company Finances” at the Cracow University of Economics. She completed a two-year study program in British and Community Law at the English and European Law Center, organized by the University of Cambridge in cooperation with the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, as well as a study of International Law and Western Culture at the University of Notre Dame du Lac (Indiana, USA).

Tomasz Zapert
Specialization: business law, real estate law.
He advises on projects concerning corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law.
He also provides day-to-day corporate services to business entities.
In the SRC team since 2014.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. During his studies he gained experience, among others, during internships at a notary’s office and in government administration offices.

Anna Czerkawska
Specializations: white-collar crime, capital market law, civil and commercial law, litigation.
Specialist in issues related to white-collar crime, capital market and business law.
She represents clients in court and administrative proceedings and advises them on their day-to-day activities.
She has been working with the SRC team as an of counsel since 2024.
She previously gained professional experience working at SRC from 2011 to 2020 and then at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) from 2020 to 2023 in the positions of legal counsel in the Criminal Cases Department and head of the legal and proceedings team in the Infrastructure and Stock Exchange Trading Department.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (graduated with honors). She completed postgraduate studies in investigative auditing and accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics (diploma with distinction) and at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in competition law.
She teaches postgraduate courses at the Warsaw School of Economics (in capital market law and FinTech) and is the author of press publications and co-author of collective publications (“Capital Market Law” C.H. Beck).

Jędrzej Antoszewski
Specializations: real estate law, administrative law, commercial contracts and corporate services for business entities.
He advises Clients on real estate transactions, administrative proceedings and corporate issues.
He has been working with the SRC team as an of counsel since 2024. He gained professional experience over many years working in renowned law firms – both local and international. He has been involved in some of the largest real estate transactions, including complex share deals and asset deals, advising leading investors, developers and investment funds.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at SWPS University.

Ewa Rakowska
Specialisations: litigation, medical law, civil law, real estate law.
She also provides day-to-day corporate services to business entities.
In the SRC team since 2019.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and the postgraduate course “Medical Law, Bioethics and Sociology of Medicine” at the University of Warsaw. She also completed the course “Clinical research and development of a medicinal product”, organised by the Open University at University of Warsaw.
During her studies, she gained experience, among others, during her internship at the law firm “Dubois i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Adwokacko-Radcowska sp. j.”.
Since 2022, she has been included in the list of trainee attorneys at the Warsaw Bar Association.

Mateusz Wachecki
Specialisations: business and corporate law, real estate law.
He participates in projects in the field of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law. His duties also include day-to-day support of lawyers in providing corporate services to business entities, as well as preparing drafts of court letters, contracts and motions.
In the SRC team since 2022.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. During his studies, he gained experience at Drzewiecki, Tomaszek and Partners sp. j. law firm. (2019 – 2022) assisting in day-to-day corporate services for business entities.
Since 2023, he has been included in the list of trainee attorneys at the Warsaw Bar Association.

Karolina Janczura – Królasik
Specializes in real estate and commercial law.
Experienced in preparing due diligence reports, analyzing transactional documentation and supporting real estate acquisition processes (asset and share deals) as well as lease transactions involving office and warehouse spaces.
Provides legal support in matters related to perpetual usufruct rights, administrative and land and mortgage register proceedings, as well as in negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements.
Joined the SRC team in 2025.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
Gained professional experience at both Polish and international law firms.
Since 2023, registered as a trainee attorney-at-law with the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw.

Karolina Popis
Member of SRC team since 2025.
Law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She actively develops her interests in alternative dispute resolution by participating in academic societies focused on mediation, negotiation, and arbitration, as well as in the procedural law society.
At the firm, she supports the teams in ongoing legal and administrative tasks, diligently expanding her analytical skills and practical legal knowledge. Her particular areas of interest include civil procedure and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Mariola Postek
From 2001 to 2006, she worked as an assistant at Wierzbowski Eversheds.
In the SRC team since 2006.
She graduated from Łazarski School of Commerce and Law with a degree in Foreign Trade.

Iwona Kamińska
She has been part of the SRC team since 2008.
Graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the University of Finance and Management with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a graduate of the faculty of Finance and Accounting, specialisation: financial markets at the Vistula University of Finance and Business with a master’s degree.

Dorota Wełnicka
Member of SRC team since 2021.
She gained professional experience at an international pharmaceutical company, at the Foundation for Social Diversity and by running her own business.
Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Institute of Applied Social Sciences – MA in Sociology with a specialization in Citizenship Education. She completed postgraduate studies in marketing research at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology.

Adrianna Wawer
Member of SRC team since 2025.
She gained her first professional experience at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as a Sales Specialist in the insurance industry. She gained her assistant experience, among others, at a law firm as a Section Coordinator and in the IT industry, working on projects in the field of Public Procurement.
Graduate of International Relations and European Studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
