Court Disputes

Representation in cases concerning payment, damages, claims arising from commercial agreements, contractual and tort liability

Advice and representation in conflicts between shareholders, disputes concerning resolutions of company bodies, challenging decisions of management boards and shareholders’ meetings

Handling cases related to the performance of lease, tenancy, or sale agreements for commercial real estate, including retail, office and warehouse properties, as well as real estate for energy investments and handling cases related to the construction process, including disputes with contractors and the enforcement of claims under guarantees

Representation of healthcare entities in civil liability cases, patient rights violations and disputes with the National Health Fund, as well as in cases involving medical errors, hospital infections and other medical events resulting in civil or criminal liability

White collar crime proceedings

Defense of individuals (including board members and directors) and representation of business entities in cases involving embezzlement, fraud, document falsification, money laundering, actions detrimental to the company and other crimes against property, document credibility, commercial activity, employee rights, or information protection

Scope of our services

Advising on administrative proceedings

Support in dealing with authorities, representing clients in proceedings before administrative bodies in areas including construction law, zoning, tax law, medical and pharmaceutical law, personal data and intellectual property protection, competition and consumer protection and regulated sectors such as energy and telecommunications, including assistance in obtaining requested administrative decisions and defending clients’ rights in proceedings initiated against them, together with preparation of applications, appeals against decisions, complaints and other documents in cases pending before public administration authorities.

Representation in administrative court proceedings

Representation before provincial administrative courts, courts hearing disputes in the field of energy law, and the Supreme Administrative Court, including the drafting of complaints, responses to complaints and cassation complaints.

Debt collection

We effectively support our clients in debt collection – at the amicable, court and enforcement stages and we defend clients against enforcement. We represent clients in cases concerning unfulfilled contracts and overdue payments. Our goal is to achieve the objective quickly while maintaining good business relations wherever possible.
