SRC Law Firm provided comprehensive legal support during a National Health Fund (NFZ) audit to one of our longest-standing clients, a leading healthcare provider offering nephrology services.
The issues raised during the inspection were unprecedented due to a significant gap in the regulations governing this group of services, including the provision of medical personnel to ensure the proper course of service provision and the proper documentation of these circumstances with staff work schedules.
Our support for the Client included, in particular, a prior assessment of legal and financial risks, a legal analysis of questions posed by NFZ auditors, and the development, in cooperation with medical and operational teams, of responses and evidence to support the Client’s claims.
The interpretation of the relevant regulations presented by SRC and supported in the course of the proceedings was accepted by the NFZ inspectors and included in the post-inspection conclusions, which were positive for our Client.
