NOMINATION FOR THE “EUROBUILD AWARDS 2019″ IN THE CATEGORY “LAW FIRM OF THE YEAR” FOR SRC SMOLAREK, ROGALA, CABAN LAW FIRM

We are pleased to announce that “EUROBUILD” magazine recognized the knowledge and experience of our lawyers in the commercial real estate market by awarding us a nomination for the “EUROBUILD AWARDS 2019″ in the “Law Firm of the Year” category. This is yet another nomination for our law firm for prestigious awards in the commercial real estate sector in Central and Eastern Europe this year. The nomination was granted for a wide range of projects in which our lawyers participated, from the rich volume of lease transactions on the office market in Warsaw and throughout Poland, through the purchase and lease of hundreds of hectares of land for agricultural, mining and renewable energy purposes, to liquidation of an investment fund investing in agricultural and forestry real estate, which is a precedent case on the Polish market.
