In the first half of 2022, SRC Law Firm advised Golden Star Estate, as landlord, on the conclusion of lease agreements for a total of 17,000 square meters of space at Konstruktorska Business Center in Warsaw, including over 11,000 square meters for a leading FMCG manufacturer, 2,700 square meters for Moneygram and an additional 2,500 square meters for Emerson Process Management.
SRC Law Firm has been supporting Golden Star Estate’s operations in Poland for many years, providing legal services for all buildings owned by the Golden Star Group in our country, including the acquisition of the Konstruktorska Business Center complex itself, which was the largest purchase transaction in the office market in 2016.
