Substantial experience of the team, as well as multitude and variety of projects in the office, retail and hotel real estate market and renewable energy sector, on which our lawyers worked, resulted in another nomination of SRC for the “Law Firm of the Year” in 2022 Eurobuild Awards.
When nominating SRC for the award, the jury took into account, in particular, successfully completed transactions for the sale and purchase of land for the construction of solar farms, shopping centers and residential developments. Also appreciated was the involvement of the firm’s lawyers in the sale of several hundred hectares of agricultural and forestry properties, as well as in construction projects and ongoing support to Clients in regards to leases in shopping, office and logistic centers.

This is the twelfth edition of the Eurobuild Awards. According to the organizers, aim of the competition is to give due recognition to the most outstanding players and projects in the sector, with the long-term goal of helping to establish a real estate elite that will have a real impact on the shape of the investment market in the CEE region, as well as supporting the establishment of the rules and directions that this market will follow into the future.
