NOMINATION OF SRC FOR THE EUROPAPROPERTY CEE INVESTMENT AWARDS 2021

Comprehensive knowledge and this year’s successes of lawyers from the SRC Law Office in servicing companies and projects from the sector of commercial real estate decided about the third now nomination for the prestigious EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards 2021. The Competition Jury, qualifying the SRC Smolarek, Rogala, Caban Law Office to the group of this year’s finalists in the “Law Firm” category, took into consideration the competencies of the team and successfully completed projects for customers from such sectors as office, hotel and retail real estate as well as renewable energy sources. Previous nominations for the EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards in the Law Firm category were received by the SRC Law Office in 2019 and 2020. The EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards is one of the most prestigious competitions in the commercial real estate sector in Central and Eastern Europe, devoted to investment projects and business development in the region.
