We are pleased to announce that our client, Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT), has successfully finalized the renewal and expansion of the lease agreement with the BNP Paribas Group at the Avatar office building in Kraków.
Under the agreements, BNP Paribas Bank S.A. and BNP Paribas Société Anonyme (operating through its branch in Poland) leased a total of 9,534 m² of office space across five of the building’s six floors.
SRC Law Firm assisted the client in preparing the documentation and during the negotiation process. The matter was handled on behalf of the firm by attorneys Łukasz Caban and Maciej Turczyński.
