SRC Law Firm advised a client, being part of a large international investment group, on an amendment to a financing agreement for an office building located in Warsaw.
The amendment to the loan agreement concerned the extension of financing provided by a leading Polish bank, in order for the building owner to carry out fit-out works for one of the largest office tenants in Poland.
SRC Law Firm is also supporting the landlord in the construction process related to preparing the premises for the new tenant.
