SRC Law Firm advised Danish photovoltaic farm owner Nordic Solar A/S on refinancing by mBank of a photovoltaic farms portfolio with the total capacity of 16.85 MW.
This is yet another transaction in which SRC Law Firm is advising Nordic Solar A/S. Previously, the firm assisted the client with a financing and refinancing of the construction costs of 39 photovoltaic farms, located in northwestern and central Poland with a total capacity of approximately 37 MW.
On the part of SRC Law Firm, the case was handled by Monika Smolarek and Tomasz Zapert, attorneys at law.
Nordic Solar A/S is a developer of PV farms in Denmark, the UK, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal, among others.
