CHANGES TO PROVISIONS OF THE POLISH CIVIL CODE REGARDING THE LIMITATION OF CLAIMS
Since 9 June 2018, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code regarding the limitation of claims have been changed. Changes comprise, among others, the shortening of the general limitation period from 10 to 6 years. The limitation periods regarding relations between entrepreneurs remain unchanged (3 years).
